Unicorn Session in Durham Region

Welcome to Unicorn sessions! 

I am so excited to bring these back another year!
What is included in unicorn sessions in Durham Region, you ask?

Well, let me share with you all that goes into these unicorn sessions!

 

 

Location is everything:

The amazing farm located in Bowmanville, not only do they teach, train and care for horses (unicorn like our Dougie pictured here) but they have goats, chickens dogs and cats too! The owner of this farm is the sweetest soul. I love planning this session during the “golden hour” which gives off the most beautiful sunlight. This location also has so many spots that makes it feel like we are in our our private orchard. The most amazing part of this location is that everyone can run free and be safe. As the photographer, i love being able to capture genuine smiles and fun being held over any posed shot. Its truly bring the images to life.

 

 

Outfits

This is one of the most fun parts that clients love. It’s outfits!
I provide a large private client closet that only my clients have access to. This includes gowns, accessories (Such as crowns, tiaras and angel wings in three colours). But I also let my clients bring their own gowns as I love seeing how beautifully they arrive all glammed up and ready to meet Dougie!
Now, fun fact- unicorn sessions aren’t just for girls, but also for boys too! We have little princes whom enjoy posing for the camera as well and love to come dressed in the most handsome way.
The biggest thing that I tell clients is that I want them all to arrive and dressed comfortably.

I also provide a changing tent, and a huge drawer of accessories that clients will have full access to. Your little ones can pick whatever they want to add to the experience of the unicorn sessions. Have any questions on my wardrobe? Or sizing? I provide outfits from sizes 6 months all the way to 14/16. Plenty of variations of colours for all tastes.

 

 

 

Experience

I truly aim for everyone to have the best time during these sessions. I aim for everyone to be comfortable, happy & most of all have fun!

Upon arriving to the farm, you will have 5-10 minutes to get dressed, pick accessories (if you choose) and see Dougie from afar to get your little one used to being around this magical creature.

During the session we will get your little one to pet, feed, ride and cuddle Dougie. He is the most amazing unicorn and so patient with kids. Do you have a little one that loves to squeal? I know my daughter is one when she is super excited. Dougie is used to that and will do anything that makes this experience special. We are truly lucky to be able to have such an amazing unicorn to do sessions with.
